" Seekster's mobile application users can now chat directly with the admins. Customers will be able to use this new feature from 18th June 2019 onwards."

Previously customers were able to call the administrators in case of any issues or queries, but now customers can also message the administrators directly on the Seekster's mobile application.

This new feature is known as "Seekster Customer Care" and is particularly designed to support customers who might find it daunting to call the customer service but feel more comfortable to chat with them.

Seekster has a team of professionals who are available between 9:00 to 18:-00 business hours and are always available to answer customers queries and provide their assistance.

"Seekster Customer Care" aims to help customers immediately and conveniently. It is designed solely for the convenience of the customers. This feature will allow customers to communicate easily and much more effectively with the team.

Here's a short tutorial on how to use this feature:

  1. At the end of the screen, on the homepage users can see a chat button. It is located before the menu button.

2. Click on the chat button. A new screen for messages will show up.

3. Start chatting with the administrators:)

Administrators are quick to reply! 

Customers can ask questions, inquire about the services or share their thoughts with the administrators. This feature is compatible for both Android and IOS users.
