Seekster's technology team never fails to impress us. They are always up with latest updates in the mobile application to facilitate user experience. This time they made a major update and we hope our users will love it!
Now users can choose their favourite service provider from their past jobs and can add them under "Favourite Provider" list on the mobile application. You can select any service provider that you liked the most and add the in your list.
By doing so, that service provider will receive the service request before anyone else whenever you make a request through your Seekster mobile application. Both android and IOS users can make use of this feature.
Not only this but our tech team added several other features to make sure our users have the best experience when booking a service through our mobile application.
You changed your plans? You no longer require our service? No problem! now you can cancel service request anytime if not paid in advance. Moreover, a section has been added to ease out the customers who choose to be served at more than one address. Now users can add several addresses under "My Addresses" section.
"Alley" and "Landmark" fill in fields have been added to help service providers reach provided address more easily without calling customers and asking them about their address details.
